Timeline
Banners are painted in order of event date. Set your “needed by” date at least 7 days before your event so it arrives stress-free. Want extra buffer? Choose an earlier date!
Banner Order Policy
All banners are carefully packed, but I can’t control carrier mishandling like rips or bends. If this happens, send photos so I can file a claim and issue store credit for your next order. Because each banner is made just for you, refunds aren’t offered once the order is placed.
