Every banner is hand-painted on paper, so small imperfections add to the charm. Colors may look slightly different in person compared to digital proofs. Extra characters or detailed designs might need a small additional fee, which I’ll always confirm before painting.

Timeline Banners are painted in order of event date. Set your “needed by” date at least 7 days before your event so it arrives stress-free. Want extra buffer? Choose an earlier date!
Banner Order Policy
All banners are carefully packed, but I can’t control carrier mishandling like rips or bends. If this happens, send photos so I can file a claim and issue store credit for your next order. Because each banner is made just for you, refunds aren’t offered once a draft has been approved.
